الملخص

الغرض الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو معالجة موضوع برامج التشغيل في الجزائر بدراسة حالة مديرية التشغيل لولاية عين تموشنت. يركز الفصل الأول على المفاهيم الأساسية لسوق العمل والإهمال والتوظيف والبطالة. في الفصل الثالث قمنا بدراسة ميدانية تمثلت في دراسة الأهداف المحلية المحددة من مديرية التشغيل مع تقييم اجهزة وبرامج سياسة التشغيل خلال الفترة 2015الى غاية 2021 (( CNAC-ANGEM –ANADE إضافتا غلى أهم عراقيل التي واجهتها الولاية عين تموشنت, وأفاق التنمية في قطاع التوظيف. من خلال هذا البحث ، نستنتج أن برامج التشغيل يجب أن تكون أكثر فاعلية في خلق الوظائف في الجزائر

The main purpose of this study is to address the topic of employment programmers in Algeria by studying the situation of the Employment Directorate of Ain Temouchent State. Chapter I focuses on the basic concepts of the labor market, neglect, employment and unemployment. In chapter III, we conducted afield study, which examined the local objectives identified by the Directorate of Operation and assessed the operating policy devices and programmers during the period 2015 to 2021(CNAC- ANGEM - ANADE), adding to the most important obstacles and development prospects faced by the State of Ain Temouchent. in the employment sector. Through this research, we conclude that drivers should be more effective in creating jobs in Algeria Le but principal de cette étude est d’aborder le thème des programmes d’emploi en Algérie en étudiant la situation de la Direction de l’emploi de l’Etat d’Ain Temouchent. Le chapitre I se concentre sur les concepts de base du marché du travail, de la négligence, de l’emploi et du chômage. Au chapitre III, nous avons réalisé une étude sur le terrain, qui a examiné les objectifs locaux identifiés par la Direction des opérations et évalué les dispositifs et programmes de politique d’exploitation au cours de la période 2015-2021 (CNAC-ANGEM -ANADE), ajoutant aux obstacles les plus importants et aux perspectives de développement auxquelles est confronté l’État d’Ain Temouchent. dans le secteur de l’emploi. Grâce à cette recherche, nous concluons que les moteurs devraient être plus efficaces dans la création d’emplois en Algérie
