الملخص

l’analyse et le diagnostic de l’arborescence vasculaire cérébrale suppose une extraction préalable de la structure vasculaire. Dans ce travail de mémoire, on va mettre en œuvre une méthode d’analyse d’images ARM cérébrale, dont le but est l’extraction du réseau vasculaire cérébrale pour l’aide au diagnostic, et au geste préopératoire. La méthode consiste en un filtrage par diffusion anisotrope, suivi d’une segmentation coopératives euillage à hystérésis, et morphologie mathématique. L’algorithme a été testé sur des images des sujets sains, et a permet bien d’obtenir des résultats satisfaisants (The analysis and diagnostic of the cerebral vascular tree requires a preliminary extraction of the vascular structure. In this memory, we will implement a method of analysis of brain MRA images, whose purpose is the extraction of the cerebral vascular network for the aid of the diagnostic, and the preoperative gesture. The method consists of anisotropic diffusion filtering, followed by cooperative segmentation with hysteresis thresholding, and mathematical morphology. The algorithm was tested on images of healthy subjects, and did well to obtain satisfactory results)
