ترجمة الملخص

Generally, this thesis discussed the concepts of efficiency, and focused particularly on banking efficiency, additional to displaying the most importance measuring method depending on finance ratio or non/parametric method.DEA considered as the prime non-parametric method used as efficiency measurement, by illustration its mean model. This thesis do not only delve into NDEA method yet display the differentiation among the other models.Therefor the researcher tend to measure banking efficiency for all the privet banks in Syria during 2008 –2011 by using NDEA, which network structure has been break into three sub DMU “deposit, loans, Profitability”.The finding: comprised between NDEA &CCR results and concluded by defining the deferent factors of relative efficiency for each bank under study during the studied period. This thesis also figure which of these banks were efficient from those which were not during the studied duration, therefor this study define the suitable improvement which must be done to raiseThe efficiency level of inefficient banks.Lastly, the study reaches to the fact that the NDEA Model is capable to define the various among the deferent efficiency levels of the studied bank or among sub DMU for the banking system, which summarized more ability to improvement & deviation correction.
