الملخص

شهد العقد الأخير من القرن العشرين تطوراً متسارعاً في قضية المرأة ، خاصة مع ظهور النظام العالمي الجديد ، الذي أصبح محركاً لكثير من مؤسسات العالم. فما هو حال المرأة المسلمة في عصور الإسلام المزدهرة وحالها في الفكر الغربي العلماني ؟ وما هي حقوق المرأة المسلمة و واجباتها ؟ وماهي مجالات العولمة وتأثيرها على المرأة المسلمة ؟ ثم ما هي نتائج المؤتمرات الدولية للمرأة ومدى استغلال الغرب لقضايا المرأة ؟ وكيف تواجه المرأة المسلمة التحديات المعاصرة التي تجابهها ؟ يهدف هذه البحث الإجابة على هذه التساؤلات خلال ثلاث محاور رئيسة عرضت في ثلاثة فصول كالتالي : الفصل الأول : تحدثت فيه الباحثة عن المرأة في الفكر الإسلامي والغرب العلماني الفصل الثاني : تطرقت فيه الباحثة إلى التحديات الداخلية والخارجية التي تجابه المرأة المسلمة الفصل الثالث : تحدثت فيه الباحثة عن وسائل مواجهة هذه التحديات بالعودة إلى منابع الشريعة السمحاء والتمسك بأصول الدين الحنيف واستخدام الثورة العلمية والتقنية لتحقق من خلالها الأمة الإسلامية الريادة مرة أخرى. ثم ختمت الباحثة البحث ببعض النتائج التي توصلت إليها وبعض التوصيات التي نسأل الله أن تؤدي إلى خير يخص المرأة المسلمة ويعم الأسرة والمجتمع المسلم

ترجمة الملخص

The last decade of the twentieth century witness an accelerated development in women cause especially with the emergence of the new global system which became a prime mover of many of the world institutions. What was the status of women during the flourishing days of Islam and what is their status in the western secular though?, what are the rights of Muslim women and their duties?, What are the scopes of globalization and it's effect on Muslim women ?, what are the results of women international congresses , and the abuse of the west of women causes ? and how can Muslim women face the modern challenges that they are facing ? . The research aims to answer these questions through three main axis that are presented in three chapters as follows : * The first chapter : the researcher talked about the women in the Islamic and secular western thought. * The second chapter: the researcher took up the internal and external challenges facing Muslim women. * The third chapter: the researcher talked about the means of facing these challenges by returning to the sources of the noble shariaa and adhering to the principles of the true religion. The researcher concluded her research by some results that she arrived at and some recommendations, These are some of them: In spite of the importance of women cause , Islamic thought is still in need specialized scientific studies, to tackle the current problems and challenges it is facing, and establishment of an Islamic view based on intellect and the current positive situation . - commitment of the world to the articles of women congresses agreements rejection of Islam and it's shariaa, and the colonization goal's is to destruct the family and society by depriving women of their mission. - globalization has some benefits such as communications revolution but it helped the ideological invasion. - the study of Muslim women issues in depth in the holy Koran verses and the noble "Sunna" and to linking all of them with the status quo. - refusal to submit to and to sign any agreement that is not compatible with our religion and civilization and adhering to reservations and resistance to dissolution of Muslim society into the western societies. - serving Islam by using communicate of information to achieve the internationalization of Islam . - prevention of foreign organizations from the execution of policies and agendas that are promoted by states supporting these organizations.
