L’évaluation d’une entreprise est une étape délicate et il vraiment important d’avoir unevue globale de l’entité, afin de faire des prévisions réalistes. Ce mémoire traite des différentscritères sur lesquels une entreprise se base pour évaluer sa rentabilité et sa performance.Notre stage pratique, fait au sein de l’entreprise IFRI, porte l’étude sur l’évaluation de larentabilité et la performance de l’entreprise, Cette étude traite du rôle de l’évaluation de larentabilité sur la performance de l’entreprise IFRI.Dans notre travail, nous avons effectué d’abord une compilation de données au niveaude SARL IFRI. Nous avons procédé au calcule de quelque agrégat sur la période 2015 et 2016et leur interprétation premièrement une étude des bilans financiers et des tableaux descomptes de résultats des indicateurs de l’équilibre financier (FRN, BFR, TR) et la méthodedes ratios.

Evaluating a business is a delicate step and it’s really important to have a global view of the entity, to have a make realistic details. this thesis deals with the various criteria on which a company relies to evaluate its profitability and prefotmance. Our practical internship,done within the company IFRI , carries out the study on the evolution of the profitability and the preformance this study treats the rôle of the evaluation of the profitability on the preformance of the IFRI company . in our work,we first carried out a compilation of data at the level of SARL IFRI. We have computed some aggregates over the period 2015 and 2016 and their interpretation firstly a study of financial balance sheets and table the financial balance indicators (FRN, BFR, TR) and the ratios method.
