الملخص

Les modèles de gestion des stocks demeurent parmi les plus étudiés par les chercheursdans le domaine de la recherche opérationnelle. Ils peuvent être déterministes ou stochas-tiques, stationnaires ou dynamiques et peuvent contenir un grand nombre de paramètres.ils sont en générale très compliqué et ne peuvent être résolus qu'à travers des simplifca-tions et des approximations.Notre travail entre dans le cadre d'un vaste programme de recherche consistant àconstruire un logiciel de résolution et simulation des modèle mathématiques de gestion destocks.Dans un premier temps nous réalisons un programme de résolution de modèles destocks pour les quels la demande suit une loi connue. La deuxième partie concerne lesmodèles de stocks pour les quels les lois sont inconnues. Nous résolvons le modèle (R; s; S)en utilisant une méthode numérique et une méthode estimative, une application au niveaude la DRGB Sonatrach Bejaia a été réalisée et une comparaison des résultats obtenus avecles deux méthodes a été effectuée

The models of inventory management are considered among the most studied by theresearchers in the field of operational research. They can be determinist or stochastic,still or dynamic and can contain a large number of parameters. They are generally verycomplicated and can be resolved only through simplifications and approximations.Our work enters within the framework of a vast substantial research program has tobuild a software of resolution and simulation of the mathematical model of inventorymanagement.At first we realize a program of resolution of models of stocks for the which the demandfollows a known law. The second part concerns the models of stocks for the which the lawsare unknown. We solve the model (R,s,S) by using a digital method and an estimatedmethod, an application at the level of the DRGB Sonatrach B ́ejaia was realized and acomparison of the results obtained with both methods was made.
