الملخص

Cette étude a été menée sur la caille japonaise « Coturnix coturnix japonica »,au niveau de L’INSFP de Bougara, afin de contrôler les paramètres zootechniques en période d’engraissement (de la naissance à la sixième semaine d’âge). Les critères analysés sont : le taux de mortalité, le poids vif, la quantité ingérée, le gain moyen quotidien, et l’indice de consommation. Les différents résultats sont analysés avec l’effet de certaines conditions locales (la température, l’humidité et l’aliment).Les analyses chimiques montrent le déficit de l’aliment distribué en protéines(19% et 12.9 % pour l’aliment démarrage et croissance respectivement).Sur un effectif de 1200 sujets âgés d’un jour, nous avons enregistré :- Un poids vif de 7,16 g à la naissance et un poids de 155.5 g à l’abattage avec une vitesse de croissance moyenne estimé à 3,52 g/j- Une consommation moyenne de 17.53g/j, ce qui a donné un indice de consommation de 5.14.- Un faible taux de mortalité a été signalé 5.41%.La caille a réalisé des bonnes performances sous les conditions Algériennes. (A study was conducted on Japanese quail “Coturnix coturnix japonica” at the INSFP of Bougara in order to control production parameters in fattening period (from birth to sixth week of age). The criteria analyzed are: mortality (TM), live weight (PV), the amount ingested (Qi), average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR).The different results are analyzed under local specific conditions (temperature, humidity and the food).Chemical analyses show protein’s deficit of the distributed food(19% and 12% for the starter feed and growth respectively).Out of a total of 1200one day old quail, we recorded:-A body weight of 7.16 g at birth and weighs 155.5 g slaughter with an average growth rate estimated at 3.52 g/d.-An average consumption of 17.53g/d which gave a consumption index of 5.14.-A low mortality was reported (5.41%).The quail has achieved good performance in the Algerian conditions)

أجريت دراسة على السمان الياباني في لمعهد التكوين المهني بوقرة بهدف مراقبة عوامل الإنتاج في فترة التسمين(من الولادة إلى غاية الأسبوع السادس). المعايير التي تم تحليلها هي معدل الوفيات، الوزن الحي, الكمية المبتلعة، متوسط الزيادة اليومية والكفاءة (الغذائية. تم تحليل مختلف النتائج تمت دراستها تحت تأثير بعض الظروف المحلية (درجة الحرارة الرطوبة والغذاء(التحاليل الكيميائية تبين أن الأغذية الموزعة تفتقر البروتين (21-21٪في غذاء البداية و النمو على التوالي-: في عدد 2111من السمان ذات سن يوم واحد سجلنا النتائج التالية-وزن الجسم من 1.2غرام عند الولادة إلى 211.1غرام عند الذبح بمعدل نمو متوسط يقدر ب 2.11غ/ يوم-يقدر ب .1221غرام ما يعطينا كفاءة غذائية بقيمة 1.25متوسط استهلاك-(منخفض (1.52٪معدل الوفيات-حقق السمان أداء جيدا في الظروف الجزائرية
