الملخص

Depuis longtemps les sociétés préindustrielles ont toujours su vivre en harmonie avecl ’environnement, tout en préservant les ressources. Cependant, l’arrivée de la révolution Industrielle a transformé notre mode de vie, induisant une grande demande de production et par con séquent une surconsommation des ressources et une surproduction de déchets nocifs à notre environnement. Actuellement, la population vit à crédit. Le modèle linéaire basé essentiellement sur l’extraction des ressources et la production des biens qui seront consommés puis jetés en fin devie, ne nous correspond plus.De plus, le secteur du bâtiment demeure l’un des plus gros consommateurs d’énergie dans le monde, avec un pourcentage d’environ 30 à 40 % de la consommation totale d’énergie et de ressources naturelles et l’un des plus gros producteurs de déchets à toutes les étapes du cycle de vie des bâtiments.Dans cette perspective de préserver les ressources, la conception durable apporte des solutions dans les domaines, économique, social et environnemental.La stratégie adoptée pour accompagner ce développement durable, s’appuie sur l’économie circulaire qui se base sur sept piliers.L’économie circulaire est appliqué a plusieurs domaines, notre démarche propos el’ application de ces piliers au secteurs du bâtiment pour accompagner les techniques du rab les passives de l’architecture k’ sour ienne, dans la conception d’un institut universitaire d’agronomie dans la ville nouvelle d’el Ménéa. Il s’agit d’une solution durable visant à réduire la surconsommation de ressources et sur production de déchets durant tout le cycle de vie de l’institut.

For a long time, pre-industrial societies have always known how-to live-in harmony with the environment, while preserving resources. However, the arrival of the Industrial Revolution transformed our way of life, inducing a great demand for production and consequently an overconsumption of resources and an overproduction of waste harmful to our environment. Currently, the population lives on credit. The linear model, based essentially on the extraction of resources and the production of goods that will be consumed and then discarded at the end of their life, no longer suits us.In addition, the building sector remains one of the largest consumers of energy in the world, accounting for a percentage of around 30-40% of the total consumption of energy and natural resources and one of the largest producers of waste at all stages of the building lifecycle. From this perspective of preserving resources, sustainable design provides solutions in the economic, social and environmental fields. The strategy adopted to support this sustainable development is based on the circular economy, which is based on seven pillars .The circular economy is applied to several fields, our approach proposes the application of these pillars to the building sectors to support the passive sustainable techniques of the traditional K'sourian architecture, in the design of a university institute of agronomy in the new town of el Ménéa.This is a sustainable solution aimed at reducing overconsumption of resources and overproduction of waste throughout the life cycle of the institute.
