Due to the advancement in technology and science , That the word is witnessing , which has an influence on individual and the society as well. The modern education systems are also trying to get an advauce ment besides , they are trying tofind solutions for social ,economical problems . There is an interest in the vocational education in the advanced countries and those which are not advanced as well , because it is considered a tool for social , economical development.Therefore , most of the curricula around the world have adopted the concept of vocational education on various levels and various fields so as to meet their needs as human energy .On this base, the researcher has started this study aiming to define vocational education and showing it’s importance in the curricula in the educational systems and preparing a proposed curricula in the primary schools.The researcher tackled the definition and the importance. In the first chapter , while in the second chapter she tackled the concept and the theories from the viewpoints of( Bushamp, Ralph Taylor , Hamadan , and Macdonald) while ( Brian Holms) has designed the curriculum into four theories which are( The basic theory, The encyclopedic theory, The pragmatic theory , and the empirical theory).The researcher has explained her own view on the curriculum and she also explained the main elements of the curriculum and the influential factors on it .The third chapter includes three sections , the first section includes the literatures on vocational education.through it’s importance in the philosophy of education, and the origins of philosophy in education that the vocational education relies in Islam, and finding out the procedures in guiding and directing in vocational education, the tasks, the competence of teachers in this type of education.The second section includes samples or the experiences in the Arab world and outside the Arab world too. The third section includes previous studies (local and foreign studies).In the fourth chapter the researcher explained her third aim in the study which is preparing a proposed curriculum of vocational education in the primary stage through deriving five aim which are: -In forming or teaching the pupils what is the profession and the hand craft profession and the material they use in these professions.-In forming the pupils of the economic material in his country -Acquiring the pupils vocational skills.-Developing the concept of creativity in work .-Creating positive attitudes in the students towards vocational work.These are distributed a among the ( cognitive domain , effective domain, skillful domain) on the light of these domain the researcher put the fields which are ( industrial, commercial , agricultural , safety and health) then deriving special goals which are (71) goals and the researcher put the concept that are related to the vocational education.The researcher recommended a number of recommendations which are including the curriculum of vocational education in the primary school and preparing working halls or working locations in schools so as to get benefit from the practical lessons and supporting reinforcing the idea of connecting the work with the individual energy ,through guiding him in the primary schools and holding training course for teachers to apply the curriculum of vocational education and forming committees to keep contact with teachers to get benefit from their experiences .
