ترجمة الملخص

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding different levels of Phytase enzyme to broiler diets on productivity Performance, carcass characteristics, economic feasibility in addition to find out the amount of P,Ca in litter . The study lasted for 38 days, 180 birds of ROSS 308 were distributed into five groups,Each group consisted of 36 birds distributed in three replicates (12 birds each).The experiment was divided into three stages each group was fed with a traditional diet. Phytase enzyme was added to the diets at (00-50-100-200-400 (g / ton). Results showed that adding Phytase enzyme to broiler diets had a positive effect compared to control group. And it enhanced the rate of weight increasing(2397.1 g) and the difference was significant (P <0.05) , and it achieved the highest diets consumption (3799.9) g and the difference was significant (P <0.05) and improved feeding efficiency and carcass specifications.The result showed that adding (100g/ton) of Phytase enzyme has achieved the best conversion coefficient (1.62) but the difference was not significant (P >0.05). Also it achieved the highest increase in weight of the chest, thighs and wings. However no difference were found between groups fed diets contained Phytase at (100,200,400) g/ton.In addition Phytase supplementation increased P and Ca percentage in the litter. In terms of economic efficiency, adding (100 g / ton) of Phytase enzyme to the diet achieved a significant increase in the profit by (3.39%) compared to control group.Therefore, it is recommended to add (100 g / ton) of Phytase enzyme to broiler diets because of its positive effects on many productivity indicators on broilers.
