This study dealt with the authenticity of the electronic signature for electronic administrative contracts, since the electronic signature is one of the processes of proving electronic administrative contracts, which the researcher demonstrated in this stud، Since the electronic signature is considered the most important issue of proving electronic contracts. The researcher's goal in this study was to analyze the electronic administrative contract and identify the problems facing the authenticity of proving the signature of the electronic administrative contract. The problem of the study was the difficulty of proving and validating the signature ofthe electronic administrative contract in Jordanian law. The importance of this study was directed to identifying gaps and improving the legal systems and legislation related to contracts. Electronic dministration, for the purposes of achieving trust and legal security The researcher reached many results and it is that the electronic administrative contract is decided by law and recognized by various legislations and that the electronic signature in the field of electronic administrative contracts is done by writing that the data contained in the messages has an argument in proof, as long as it is done in accordance with its conditions and data agreed upon by the parties. One of the most important recommendations of the researcher in this study for the Jordanian legislator is to create a special law for electronic signatures and develop an electronic signature system with an electronic examiner. The researcher recommended to law faculties, law departments, and institutes the necessity of having study materials related to explaining how electronic transactions are organized and implemented.
