الملخص

هدفت الدراسة للتعرُّف إلى مستوى كلٍّ من الذكاء الوجداني، ومهارة حلِّ المشكلات، والهناء النَّفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة في المحافظات الجنوبية بفلسطين، ومعرفة العلاقة بين كلٍّ من الذكاء الوجداني والهناء النفسي، وبين مهارة حل المشكلات والهناء النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة في المحافظات الجنوبية بفلسطين، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدّلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طلبة الجامعة في المحافظات الجنوبية بفلسطين على مقاييس الذكاء الوجداني، ومهارة حل المشكلات والهناء النفسي، وتُعزى لمتغير( الجنس- التخصُّص- المستوى الدراسي)، ولقد تكوَّنت عيِّنة الدراسة من (350) طالبًا وطالبةً من طلاب الجامعات الفلسطينية في المحافظات الجنوبية، للعام الدراسي الأوَّل (2021- 2022 )، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات الآتية لجمع البيانات، وهي: مقياس الذكاء الوجداني، إعداد: عثمان وعبد السميع (1998)، ومقياس مهارة حل المشكلات، إعداد: حمدي (1998)، ومقياس الهناء النفسي، إعداد: الباحثة.وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:-أنَّ الدرجة الكلية للذكاء الوجداني لدى طلبة الجامعة في المحافظات الجنوبية بفلسطين حصلت على وزن نسبي (70.7%)، وهي بدرجة كبيرة.-أنَّ الدرجة الكلية لمهارة حل المشكلات لدى طلبة الجامعة في المحافظات الجنوبية بفلسطين حصل على وزن نسبي (63.3%)، وهي بدرجة متوسطة.-أنَّ الدرجة الكلية للهناء النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة في المحافظات الجنوبية بفلسطين حصل على وزن نسبي (74.3%)، وهي بدرجة كبيرة.-وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥α) بين الذكاء الوجداني، والهناء النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة في المحافظات الجنوبية بفلسطين.-وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥α) بين مهارة حل المشكلات، والهناء النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة في المحافظات الجنوبية بفلسطين.-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طلبة الجامعة على مقياس الذكاء الوجداني تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير التخصُّص، لصالح طلبة التخصُّصات الأدبية، ولمتغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح طلبة المستوى الأوَّل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طلبة الجامعة على مقياس مهارة حلِّ المشكلات والهناء النفسي تُعزى لمتغير (الجنس - المستوى الدِّراسي - . .

The current study aimed to identify the level of emotional intelligence, problem-solving skill and psychological well-being among university students in the southern governorates of Palestine, and to know the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological contentment, and between problem-solving skill and psychological well-being among university students in the southern governorates of Palestine, and to reveal the Statistically significant differences between the mean scores of university students in the southern governorates of Palestine on measures of emotional intelligence, problem-solving skill and psychological well-being are due to the variable (gender - specialization - and academic level). The study sample consisted of (350) male and female students from Palestinian universities in the southern governorates, For the first academic year (2021-2022), the researcher used the following tools to collect data, which are: The emotional intelligence scale by: Osman and Abdul Samiaa (1998), Problem Solving Skill Scale by: Hamdi (1998), and the psychological well- being scale by: the researcher.The study reached the following results:-The total degree of emotional intelligence among university students in the southern governorates of Palestine obtained a relative weight of (70.7%), which is to a large degree.-The total degree of problem-solving skill among university students in the southern governorates of Palestine obtained a relative weight of (63.3%), which is a medium degree.-The total degree of psychological well-being among university students in the southern governorates of Palestine obtained a relative weight of (74.3%), which is to a large degree.-There is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level (0.05≥α) between emotional intelligence and psychological well-being among university students in the southern governorates of Palestine.-There is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level (0.05≥α) between problem-solving skill and psychological well-being among university students in the southern governorates of Palestine.-There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of university students on the emotional intelligence scale due to the gender variable, while there are statistically significant differences due to the specialization variable, in favor of the literary specialization students, and the academic level variable in favor of the first level students, and there are no statistically significant differences between Average scores of university students on the scale of problem-solving skill and psychological well-being due to the variable (gender - academic level - specialization)
