ترجمة الملخص

This study base on a fourth program to the project that use the product and employ thegraduates as research to inter act with taking in year plan (2005-2006). And its puts bythe country to observe graduates from the jobless that reach the graduates numbers on1995 (17.867) graduate and on yare 1999 (25.113) graduate and the total number ofthe graduates is increased at the year 2003 (135.866) graduate. And the expectedamount according to the high education planning about (200.000) graduate in the year2011, so the government interfacial politically and plants, and this is the mostimportant pictures strategic welfare and its systematically completed the plants stagefor their observe and to promote the free working culture to be unified with theworking market.This study follow the analysis curriculum and these resource is contain from the firstinformation second information and personal interviewing like references and reportsand these studies are based on general definition about the project knowledge and themanagement of the project and the functions, then the strategic planning that theproject came from it. And its involve also the general power planning as the skeletonthat the project depend on it, and it's the main factor in the implementation the projectwith the mention of the understood the work power and the planning of it.Also this study taken the year plan of (2005-2006) to the project use the product andemploy the graduates as an example to the fourth program to the year (2005-2008)with define the project objectives. And its define the way of the project work and itsalso expose the important of the project and the skeleton of the management states.Finally I expose completely the planning objectives and analysis and discussing of theproject, then k finished the study to some results and advices that can donate thehones planning that may solve the problems of the jobless and create job opportunitiesto unified the market needs.
