Industrie et territoire: une analyse à partir des agglomérations d'entreprises dans la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou

الملخص

L’objet de la présente thèse ce sont les agglomérations d’entreprises localisées (AEL) dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou. Nous y analysons la dimension territoriale à travers l’approche des systèmes productifs localisés (SPL). A travers une illustration pratique par trois études de cas (Bouzeguène pour l’artisanat de production de robes kabyles, Béni-Zmenzer pour la production du meuble et Boghni pour l’industrie agroalimentaire), nous montrons que ces agglomérations ne répondent pas à une logique de SPL. Nous mettons alors en cause deux facteurs ; les facteurs socioculturels et les facteurs institutionnels. Au-delà de ce constat, nous interrogeons aussi la perspective de leur développement/promotion dans une démarche SPL dans le contexte algérien actuel, caractérisé notamment par les facteurs en question.

The subject of this thesis is the agglomerations of localized enterprises (AEL) in the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou. We analyze the territorial dimension through the localized productive systems (SPL) approach. Through a practical illustration by three case studies (Bouzeguène for the handicraft production of Kabyle dresses, Beni-Zmenzer for the production of furniture and Boghni for the food industry), we show that these agglomerations do not respond to a logic of SPL. We then question two factors; socio-cultural factors and institutional factors. Beyond this observation, we also question the perspective of their development / promotion in a SPL approach in the current Algerian context, characterized in particular by the factors in question.
