The study aims to apply the fuzzy quality function deployment tool on the cement product in the Kufa cement factory, and objectively determine the dimensions of sustainable design as it focuses on meeting the requirements of customers related to sustainability. Fuzzy quality, the dimensions that affect sustainable development were prioritized according to the requirements of customers, and in the second stage, priority was determined for the tools that affect the dimensions of sustainable design based on important sustainability criteria, hence the importance of the study that indicates that the dissemination of the fuzzy quality function is a tool Useful for the development of new product requirements, as it is a design process driven by customers through their voices, and for the purpose of achieving the objectives and hypotheses of the study, the Kufa Cement Factory was chosen as a community for the study, and to assess the extent of the factory’s commitment to sustainability aspects. Achieving the dimensions of sustainable design, and the study sample was represented by (150) customers who dealt with the factory and (153) of the year Lin in the lab, and the study used the scientific method (case study), and the data was collected by relying on the questionnaire tool, and the study used many statistical methods in the analysis, such as the weighted arithmetic mean, the fuzzy quality house matrix, and the correlation coefficient (Pearson) with the help of statistical programs (SPSS.var.25), and one of the most important conclusions reached by the study is that the application of the House of Quality in a blurry manner contributed to providing more detailed information about the product and the waste harmful to the environment by adopting the dimensions of sustainable design, which serves as a feasibility study during planning to improve the product, and the most important The recommendations indicated that the use of the Fuzzy Quality Function Dissemination Tool and the application of the Fuzzy Quality House enables the laboratory to analyze the extent of its need for each of the standards of customer requirements, no matter how many standards, due to its ease and ability to translate the needs of customers.
