La conception bioclimatique d’une habitation semi collectif a pour objectif de proposer des logements pour tous dans un cadre de vie de qualité, tout en limitant son empreinte écologique. Pour ce faire, un Quartier durable doit respecter les principes du développement durable : Promouvoir une gestion responsable des ressources. S'intégrer dans la ville nouvelle de hassi messoud. Notre objectif de travail c’est de faire des logements durables, conçu de façon à diminuer son empreinte écologique, en visant notamment à favoriser son autonomie énergétique.
