الملخص

Le but de notre travail c’est la mise en marche du rhéomètre R /S plus de Brookfield disponible dans notre laboratoire.Dans une première partie on s’intéresse à décrire les différents composants du rhéomètre. Les deux éléments essentiels sont : le système de mesure rhéologique (mobile) et la partie optoélectronique (tête du rhéomètre).Le rhéomètre a été utilisé pour faire l’étude rhéologique de plusieurs types de fluides [fluide newtonien (miel), fluides non newtonien (mayonnaise, ketchup et yaourt)]. L’expérimentation est réalisée en utilisant le logiciel (Rhéo 3000) fourni avec l’appareil.

The purpose of our work is to start the Brookfield R / S plus Rheometer available in our laboratory.In a first part we are interested in describing the different components of the rheometer. The two essential elements are: the rheological measurement system (mobile) and the optoelectronic part (rheometer head).The rheometer has been used for the rheological study of several types of fluids [Newtonian fluid (honey), non-Newtonian fluids (mayonnaise, ketchup and yoghurt)]. The experiment is performed using the software (Rhéo 3000) supplied with the device.
