الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مستوى أداء مجالس أولياء أمور الطلبة وعلاقته بمستوى العنف المدرسي للطلبة في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهات نظر المديرين والمعلمين والمرشدين التربويين فيها. وفقاً للمتغيرات الآتية: (الوظيفة، الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، المديرية). وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المديرين والمعلمين والمرشدين التربويين في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في مديريات شمال الضفة الغربية خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2017/2018 م، موزعين حسب المحافظات (جنين، قباطية، طوباس، نابلس، جنوب نابلس، طولكرم، قلقيلية، سلفيت)، والبالغ عددهم (14458). وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية على متغير المديرية مُمثلة لعدد الموظفين في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية، وقد بلغ حجم العينة (375) موظفاً.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة مكونة من (53) فقرة موزعة إلى محورين، حيث كان المحور الأول مكون من ثلاثة مجالات تتعلق بمستوى أداء مجالس أولياء أمور الطلبة في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية، والمحور الثاني مكون من ثلاثة مجالات تتعلق بمستوى العنف المدرسي للطلبة في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية، وتأكد الباحث من صدق الأداة وثباتها.وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى أداء مجالس أولياء أمور الطلبة في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهات نظر المديرين والمعلمين والمرشدين التربويين فيها جاء بدرجة متوسطة (متوسط حسابي 3.25)، وأن مستوى العنف المدرسي للطلبة في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهات نظر المديرين والمعلمين والمرشدين التربويين فيها جاء بدرجة متوسطة (متوسط حسابي 2.88)، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمتغيري جنس الموظف لصالح الذكور، والوظيفة لصالح المرشدين التربويين يليهم المعلمين ثم المديرين على مستوى العنف المدرسي للطلبة في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية، أما متغيرات المؤهل العلمي للموظف وسنوات خبرته والمديرية التي يعمل بها، وكذلك مستوى أداء مجالس أولياء الأمور فقد دلت النتائج على عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية على مستوى العنف المدرسي للطلبة في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية.وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على الرقي بمستوى أداء مجالس أولياء أمور الطلبة، والسعي للحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي للطلبة، والاهتمام بالإرشاد النفسي والتربوي لجميع العاملين في المدرسة من مديرين ومعلمين ومرشدين تربويين لمواجهة الظواهر السلبية للطلبة، مع التركيز على مدارس الذكور في هذه الناحية.

This study aimed at identifying the level of performance for parents councils,it's connection with the level of school violence for students at basic government schools in the northern governorates of West Bank from the perspectives of administrators, teachers and counselors,according to the following variables (job, gender, scientific qualification, years of experience and directorate). The population of the study consisted of all the administrators, teachers and counselors in basic government schools in the northern governorates of West Bank directorates in the second term in the year 2016-2017, distributed to the Governorates (Jenin, Qabatia, Tubas, Nablus, South of Nablus, Tulkarem, Qalqilya and Salfeet), which reached (14458). The random stratified sample was chosen on the variable directorate that represents the number of employees in the northern governorates of West Bank. The sample consisted of (375) school employees.To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of (53) items distributed to two axes: the first axis contained three domains related to the level of performance for parents councils at basic government schools in the northern governorates of West Bank. The second axis contained three domains related to the level of school violence for students at basic government schools in the northern governorates of West Bank. The researcher made sure about the validation and stability of the tool.The results of the study showed that the level of performance for parents councilsat basic government schools in the northern governorates of West Bank from the perspectives of administrators, teachers and counselors was moderate (M=3.25).And the level of school violence for students at basic government schools in the northern governorates of West Bank from the perspectives of administrators, teachers and counselors was moderate (M=2.88). The results of the study also showed that there is an impact statically significant of variables gender (for males), and job (for counselors, teachers then administrators) on the level of school violence for students at basic government schools in the northern governorates of West Bank. On the other hand the variables of the scientific qualification, years of experience, the directorate where he works and the level of performance for parents councils the results showed that there is no impact statically significant on the level of school violence for students at basic government schools in the northern governorates of West Bank. In view of these results, the study recommended to upgrade the level of performance for parents councils, to decrease the students school violence and to take care of psychological and educational advisory for all the employees at school including administrators, teachers and counselors to face students negative actions, and the focus needs to be on male students in this respect.
