الملخص

Transformer le sens de sécurité et assurer une bonne qualité de vie pour les habitants reste unede nos premières motivations.Ce travail consiste à concevoir d’un quartier autosurveillant qui diminuer la violence urbaineet assure le sens de vivre bien en harmonie et en sécurité pour les résidents, au niveau de laville nouvelle d’el Ménéaa.Le processus d’élaboration et de conception du projet s’établira en essayant de toucherplusieurs concepts liés à l’approche défensive afin de traiter la hiérarchisation des espaces, lavisibilité, le sentiment d’appropriation et d’appartenance plus le contrôle d’accès naturel.La violence urbaine est considérée comme un des aspects les plus négatifs de la vie en villequi vise direct l’aspect sociale et le rééquilibrage de la population. Il est donc considérécomme un élément influant dans la politique des villes.Pour cela, nous avons proposé la création d’un quartier résidentiel incluant des logementscollectifs, intermédiaires et individuel axé sur la base de la durabilité sociale pour éviter toutesces aspects négatives.

Transforming the sense of security and ensuring a good quality of life for the inhabitants remains one of our primary motivations. This work consists in designing a self-sustaining neighborhood that reduces urban violence and ensures the sense of living well in harmony and safety for residents, at the level of the new city of El Ménéaa. The project development and design process will be established by trying to touch several concepts related to the defensive approach in order to address the prioritization of spaces, visibility, sense of ownership and belonging plus natural access control. Urban violence is seen as one of the most negative aspects of urban life that directly targets the social aspect and the rebalancing of the population. It is therefore seen as a factor influencing urban policy. To this end, we proposed the creation of a residential neighborhood with collective, intermediate and individual dwellings based on social sustainability to avoid all these negative aspects
