ترجمة الملخص

This study was include 150 adult female samples obtained from AL-Zahra Teaching Hospital – Al-Hussein Medical City / Kerbala Health Directorate from December , 2014 July , 2015 with age ranged between (35-50) years and body mass index ranged between (18-29.9) kg/m²,were divided into (5) groups (30 individuals / group). The first group containted wemen without (NAFLD) and served as control group (G1) , wemen in the second group were with (NAFLD) (G2),while wemen in third group were with(NAFLD) and diabetes mellitus type II(G3) ,the fourth group containted wemen with(NAFLD) and high blood pressure (G4) and fifth group were with(NAFLD) and diabetes mellitus type II and high blood pressure (G5).These group classified depending on Age,Mass and with or without menstrual cycle . Blood samples were collected for measuring biochemical parameters: Total Cholesterol (TC), Triglycerol(TG), Low Density Lipoproteins-cholesterol (LDL-c), High density Lipoproteins cholesterol  (HDL-c) , Alanine Transaminase (ALT) , Aspartate Transaminase(AST), Pentraxin-3 , Resistin Hormones, neutrophil and Lymphocyte count and measuring glucose concentration  ,bloob pressure and body mass . The results revealed that : – significant effects of Age,mass and menstrual cycle on these parameters. –  significant effects of Age,mass and menstrual cycle on Lymphocyte rate and no  significant effects of Age,mass and menstrual cycle on neutrophil rate.
