الملخص

الملخصتم فى هذا البحث تصميم نظيم التأمين الصحى والذى يعد من أهم تطبيقات الحكومة الألكترونية ويهدف النظام الى توفير خدمات التامين الصحى وجعلها متاحة فى اى زمان ومكان .وتعرضنا فى هذا البحث الى شرح عام لمفاهيم التامين الصحى بالإضافة الى سرد تفصيلى عن نشأة وتطور التأمين الصحى فى السودان ، كما تعرفنا على المفاهيم الأساسية للحكومة الألكترونية وأهدافها وعوائق تطبيقها بالإضافة الى أهمية إستخدام التكنولوجيا فى النظم الصحية . ومن ثم تحليل النظام عن طريق نموزج الكينونة والتعلق وتحليل مخرجات النظام فى شكل شاشات وتقارير، بالإضافة الى تحليل مشاكل الإدخال والأمنية ودراسة الجدوى ، ثم تناول البحث التصميم لمخرجات ومدخلات النظام فى شكل شاشات كشاشة إستمارة تسجيل العميل صاحب وثيقة التأمين، ومن ثم تنفيذ هذه الشاشات والتقارير بإستخدام لغة البرمجة php ولغة قواعد البيانات MySQL .وأخيرا تم سرد التوصيات والنتائج التى انتهى اليها البحث وذلك لدعم وتطوير الأنظمة الصحية فى السودان لمواكبة التطور العالمى فى هذا المجال.This research was in the design of the health insurance system, which is one of the most important applications of e-government system aims to provide health insurance services and make them available anytime, anywhere.We were in this research to explain the concepts of health insurance in addition to a detailed account of the origins and evolution of health insurance in the Sudan, As we know the basic concepts of e-government objectives and constraints applied in addition to the importance of the use of technology in health systems, And then analyze the system by Models of Being and hung up and analysis of the outputs of the system in the form of screens and reports, In addition to analyzing the input and security problems and the feasibility study, Then dealt with the design of the output and input system in the form of a screen monitors client registration form the insurance policy holder, And then the implementation of these screens and reports using php programming language and the language of databases MySQL.
