الملخص

Cette étude a pour objectifs d’évaluer l’efficacité insecticide in vitro de l’huileessentielle d’une espèce spontanées ; Thymus fontanesii, et de thymol pur sur lamineuse de la tomate (Tuta absoluta Meyrick, 1917), principal ravageur de la tomate(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill).Le Thymus fontanesii utilisé dans cette étude a été collecté durant deuxpériodes ; Mars et Mai.Les résultats de l’extraction par hydrodistilation ont montré que le meilleurrendement en huile essentielle de Thymus fontanesii a été obtenu en pleine floraison(Mai ; 1,8%), cependant les récoltes précoces du mois de Mars sont caractériséespar de faibles rendements (1,1%). L’analyse par la chromatographie gazeusecouplée à la spectrométrie de masse (CPG-SM) nous a permis de connaître lacomposition chimique de l’huile essentielle du mois de mars et mai. Selon cetteanalyse, le Thymus fontanesii étudié est du chémotype à thymol.Les deux huiles essentielles de Thymus fontanesii ont montré un effet toxiquesur les larves de Tuta absoluta, le plus important est enregistré avec l’huileessentielle du moi de Mai. Tandis que le thymol a révélé une très faible toxicité.Les résultats obtenus ont montré que la toxicité des différents traitements(huiles essentielles) évolue avec l’augmentation de la concentration des dosesappliquées d’une part, et une efficacité relativement progressive par rapport autemps (durée après traitement) qui se traduit par une meilleure efficacité d’autre part.

This study aims to evaluate the insecticidal efficacy in vitro of the essential oil of a species spontaneous Thymus fontanesii, and pure thymol on tomato leafminer (Tuta absoluta Meyrick, 1917), the main pest tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill).Thymus fontanesii used in this study was collected during two periods, March and May. The results of the extraction hydrodistilation showed that the best yield of essential oil of Thymus fontanesii was obtained in full bloom (May, 1.8%), however, the early crops of March are characterized by low yields (1.1%). The analysis by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS) allowed us to know the chemical composition of the essential oil, respectively, March and May. According to this analysis, the Thymus fontanesi was studied of chemotype thymol. The results of both studies showed that the toxicity of the different treatments (essential oils)vary with increasing concentration of applied doses on the one hand, and a relatively gradual efficiency versus time (time after treatment) which results in improved efficiency on the other
