Les problèmes d'optimisation combinatoire se rencontrent dans beaucoup de disciplines. ces problèmes sont naturellement faciles à résoudre.il est connu que la plupart d'entres eux appartient à la classe des problèmes NP- difficiles dans ce mémoire, il a été présenté un état de l'art des méthodes classique de résolution des problèmes de programmation linéaire en nombres entiers et mixte.

Combinatorial optimization problems occur in many disciplines. These problems are na-turaly easy to formulate mathematically, but more difficult to solve. It is known that moreof them belongs to the class of the NP-difficult problems.In this thesis, it is presented a state of the art on the classical resolution methods of mixedinteger programming problems. After recalling some fundamental concepts of linear al-gebra, convex analysis, polyhedrons and unimodular matrices, we presente the classicalmethods elaborated in this field, namely, Branch and Bound and cutting plane methods.In this work, we have elaborated a support method for the resolution of a linear integerproblem.
