The phenomenon bankruptcy of joint stock companies, relatively recent, due to the recent emergence of these companies, most studies have focused on the study of bankruptcy merchant individual, but what is obvious to one, that the companies differ in large part from its provisions for bankruptcy merchant individual, and thus it was necessary for us the highlight of the company's bankruptcy, especially joint stock company which affect the interests of a large segment of society.Bankruptcy stock company study requires knowledge of the role of the agent of the bankruptcy judge Managing Director and the competent court, in different stages and phases of the bankruptcy, as well as knowledge of the role of the bankrupt company and block its creditors representatives to be informed on the progress of the bankruptcy proceedings, and to participate in the management of this bankruptcy, and the impact of bankruptcy on the rights of all of them.We discussed in the first chapter, the impact of the company's bankruptcy on their actions, and the possibility of follow-up contracts that had been entered into by the company, as well as the opening of bankruptcy proceedings,and the role of an agent of the bankruptcy in the collection of the company's rights, and the recovery of others for his money, with the possibility of a claim company representatives to pay the company's debts if it is found negligence management of the company before its bankruptcy, and did not overlook the possibility of follow-up activity of the company if there was a benefit from it.And then studied in the second quarter, the impact of the bankruptcy of the company on the block creditors, and how they claim their debts through the steps and procedures set by the law, in order to prevent the bankrupt company from smuggling or squandering their money, or favor some creditors over others, and after finding out the financial position of the company, we choose the most appropriate solutions, either to hold conciliation, and if conciliation fails, it becomes payable in the state of the Union is set Undersecretary Union, which oversees the liquidation of the company.And we came through the study of bankruptcy management joint stock company, a number of recommendations and suggestions, which will help to give a chance to the bankrupt company to come back to her business, through access to practical applications and legislation in the developed countries in this area like the United States of America.
