ترجمة الملخص

The leishmaniasis disease considered as one of the endemicdiseases in Iraq . It is one of the diseases whish induce inflammatory response in the body .This study (was carried out in Diyala)whichaimed toinvestigate theprevalence of the disease in some areasinthe province andstudysome aspects that effect on the infection , it'salso aimedtomeasured some of Cytokineswhich arerelated with inflammatory reactions and compared the resultsbetween infected and healthygroups. This study includes124bloodSample. 84individual were infected with cutaneousleishmaniasisand 40were as control group. Statisticsanalysis showed that there was nosignificantdifferencesbetween males and females and thechances of infection was equal between them . it was recorded a significant different between age group less than 12 years old and those who older than 12 years old . The number of infected people who lived in the rural were 65individuals against 19who lived in urban and there was significant different in less than 0.001. The number haven’t other infection in the family 69individuals against 15 have other infection in the family and there was significant different in less then 0.001 . The recent study recorded the presence of 43with multiple sore compared with 41 casesingle sore with no significantdifferent between these groups also the results showed that there were 40cases infected in theirfaces against 30cases in theirlimbs while there were 12case were infected in both face and limbs and there was only one cases in trunk and only one multiple case in face , limbs and trunk with significant differences. The meanconcentrationsof IL-4 , IL-17A , IP-10 andMIP-1αwas increase in patientswithin 0.001 less .The meanconcentrationsof IL-4 in patients with cutaneous Leishmaniasis (47.801± 1874pg/ ml ) against (74.7±48.1pg/ml ) in control group , IL-17A in patients (7087.±48.4pg/ ml ) against (38.21 ±48.0pg / ml ) in control group , IP-10 in patients (4.4844±1841pg / ml ) against (.48.1± .841pg / ml ) in control group and MIP-1αin patients (111847± 40871pg / ml ) against (.47872± .1841pg / ml ) , The results showed no statistics differences between males and females . The mean of MIP-1αwas higher in individual who have multiple lesion(484.12 ±25.78 pg / ml ) compared with those with single lesions( 407.22 ±20.65 pg / ml ) different in less than 0.05 ,while there was no significant difference in the mean of IL-4 , IL-17A and IP-10 between patients with multiple and those with single lesions . These was noeffect of the position of lesion on all cytokines mean.
