Given the evolution of winning the means and conditions of our current, non-achievement of these buildings to the requirements of comfort and techniques of this era, and draws many of the owners of these properties to the desire to be left to the belief of the futility of rehabilitation and re-use the pretext of some of the damage that occurred as a result of exposure to a variety of factors, and the continuation of this exposure for a long period of time until today .. We in this research aim to: - Apply a set of standards and principles relating to the use of building materials and finishing and technical equipment necessary for the rehabilitation of buildings distinct, so that it leads to facilitate the transfer of the functions of some of the buildings for different functions for basic inception coincided with the ease of additions on matters of technical assistance ..Or retain the same basic function, but in order to become their specifications as in modern residential neighborhoods. - Where you will study and analyze and compare the effect of a range of building materials used in the rehabilitation and ways to implement private and technical regulations trendy, to see the choices most appropriate and best suited to the rehabilitation process any positive impact the conservative spirit and originality of buildings outstanding in many ways would consider such permanence and compatibility and interaction with old materials and methods of implementation and after use and the attendant burdens and problems.
