الملخص

Malgré le développement remarquable dans le domaine du forage des puits de pétrole et deleur préparation à la production, ils sont toujours confrontés à des problèmes particuliers enmatière de sécurité et de duré de vie. L'un des défis les plus importants est la récupération etla réutilisation des tubes pour minimiser les frais de production.Notre étude porte sur le contrôle non destructif des tubes de forage récupérés, sans lesendommager, par la méthode des ultrasons, et d’identifier la conformité de ces tubesrécupérés, notre étude se consacre aussi à détecter la cause de défaillance des tubesendommagés, et par conséquent de proposé des solutions qui augmentent les chances derécupération du tubage.

Despite the remarkable development in the field of drilling oil wells and preparing them for production, they still face special problems in terms of safety and service life. One of the most important challenges is the recovery and reuse of tubes to minimize production costs. Our study focuses on the non-destructive testing of recovered drilling tubes, without damaging them, by the ultrasound method, and to identify the conformity of the recovered tubes. Our study is also dedicated to detecting the cause of failure of damaged tubes, and therefore proposed solutions that increase the chances of recovery.
