الملخص

لقد تم من خلال هذا البحث دراسة توزيع الخدمات السياحية في وحدة الخرطوم شمال باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS)، وتهدف الدراسة الي بناء قاعدة بيانات جغرافية، وأيضاً معرفة نوع التوزيع المكاني للخدمات السياحية وهي الفنادق والمطاعم ووكالات السفر والسياحة والمتاحف. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، المنهج التاريخي، المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الاحصائي، وأيضاً استخدمت الدراسة مقاييس النزعة المركزية مثل المركز المتوسط وكذلك مقاييس التشتت مثل صلة الجوار (Nearest Neighbor) والمسافة المعيارية واتجاه التوزيع. وقد اتضح من خلال نتائج البحث أن نمط توزيع الخدمات هو النمط المتجمع مثال لذلك الفنادق حيث بلغت قيمة صلة الجوار حوالى 0.60، واحتوت الدائرة المعيارية على 75% من نسبة الفنادق من المفترض أن تحتوى الدائرة على 68% من جملة الفنادق، وبذلك تأخذ في توزيعها النمط المتكتل المتجمع، وأيضاً المطاعم ووكالات السفر والسياحة نمط توزيعها هو النمط المتجمع، أما المتاحف تختلف عنهم في نمط التوزيع حيث بلغت قيمة صلة الجوار للمتاحف حوالى 1.01، وحتوت الدائرة المعيارية على حوالى 50% من المتاحف أي احتوت على متحفين من أصل أربعة متاحف ومن المفترض أن تحتوي على 68% من جملة البيانات وبذلك تأخذ المتاحف في توزيعها النمط العشوائي غير المنتظم في شكل شريطي. كما اوصت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات التي يرجى أن يستفاد منها في تطوير قطاع السياحة في منطقة الدراسة، وهي لابد من وضع خطة واضحة لتطوير وتأهل قطاع السياحة، تشجيع الاستثمار في هذا القطاع وذلك من خلال تقديم التسهيلات للمستثمرين، وكذلك عمل تطبيق سياحي (Application) يسترشد به السائح، وأيضاً الاهتمام بالكادر البشري من حيث التدريب والتأهيل خاصة المرشدين السياحيين، ولا ننسى الاهتمام بالإصحاح البيئي

ترجمة الملخص

This research has studied, the distribution of tourism services in the unit of Khartoum North using geographic information systems (GIS). The study aims at figuring out the building a geographic database as well as spatial distribution of the tourist services such as hotels restaurants, travel and tourism services and museums.The Study adapted on the analyzable descriptive method, historical method, inductive method, and the statistical method. Also the study used measures of central tendency such as mean center as well as measures of dispersion such as Nearest Neighbor, standard distance and distribution direction have been used. It became clear through the findings of the research that the pattern of the distribution of services is the cumulative pattern, an example of that hotels, where the value of the neighborhood connection was about 0.60, and the standard circle contained 75% of the percentage of hotels. The circle is supposed to contain 68% of the total hotels, and thus it takes in its distribution the pattern of agglomeration, as well as restaurants and travel and tourism agencies, their distribution pattern is the agglomerated pattern. As for the museums, they differed from them in the distribution pattern. The value of the neighborhood connection for museums was about 1.01, and the standard circle contained about 50% of the museums, act, it contained two museums out of four museums. It should contain 68% of the total data, and thus museums take the irregular random pattern in the form of a bar in their distribution.The study also made some recommendations and proposals that are hoped to be benefited from in the development of the tourism sector in the study area, and it is necessary to set a clear plan for the development and rehabilitation of the tourism sector, encouraging investment in this sector by providing facilities to investors, as well as making a tourist application guided by the tourist, and also according attention to the human cadre in terms of training and qualification, especially the tourist guides, and we must not forget the concern for environmental sanitation.
