الملخص

Pour assurer l’adéquation de la formation au besoin de l’entreprise ENIEM . l’entreprise nationale de l’industrie et d’électroménager élabore chaque année un plan de formation portant sur l’identification de besoins de formation, où chaque employé exprime son besoin en terme de formation professionnelle. Après avoir réalisé notre enquête et analysé les résultats de cette dernière, nous avons constaté que le programme de formation professionnelle n’est pas adéquate au besoin de l’entreprise mais il répond aux exigences de poste, et pour se conformer aux impératifs réglementaires et à la convention collective.

ترجمة الملخص: To ensure the adequacy of training to the need of the company ENIEM . the national company of industry and household appliances develops each year a training plan on the identification of training needs, where each employee expresses his need in terms of professional training. After conducting our survey and analyzing the results of the latter, we found that the vocational training program is not adequate to the need of the company but it meets the requirements of position, and to comply with regulatory requirements and the collective agreement.
