ترجمة الملخص

The kinetic theory of plasmas describes the movement of particles. This description depends on a distribution function which is function of velocity and position and time. This distribution function satisfies the Boltzmann equation. At equilibrium thermodynamics and in the absence of all external forces, the latter named Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution. Neglecting the collision term, the modified Boltzmann equation called Vlasov equation. The solution of Boltzmann-Vlasov equations is very difficult, so, we use the equations of moment which depend on the conservation laws in plasmas. (La théorie cinétique des plasmas décrit le mouvement des particules. Cette description est basée sur la vitesse et la position des particules et du temps. A l’équilibre thermodynamique et à l’absence des forces extérieures, cette description dite distribution de Maxwell Boltzmann. En négligeant le terme de collision,l’équation de Boltzmann modifiée est appelée équation de Vlaso v. La solution des équations de Boltzmann-Vlasov est très difficile à résoudre, donc, il est commode d’utiliser les équations du moment qui dépendent des lois des conservations dans les plasmas).
