الملخص

L’étude portée sur l’inventaire et la distribution spatiale des arthropodes, champignons et bactéries de l’olivier, et sur l’évaluation de l’activité inhibitrice des polyphénols de l’Inule visqueuse vis-à-vis d’une bactérie et des pucerons. L’analyse statistique montre qu’au bout de 24h de traitement, les trois doses établis ont un effet hautement significatif. En revanche et au bout de 48h, l’activité aphicide est non significatif pour la D1 (10µl), très significative pour la D2 (20µl), et hautement significative pour la D3 (30µl). L’activité antimicrobienne vis-à-vis de Pseudomonas est positive avec de zones d’inhibitions entre 7,21 ± 0,09 et 15,3 ± 0,79
