الملخص

L’hôpital est considéré comme acteur de santé et acteur urbain par son effet d’attraction, et de diversité des services offerts, cependant, il générateur de pollution et fort consommateur des ressources (énergie, eau), cela est dû aux différentes activités ainsi au nombre de personnes soignées. Dans le travail présent, nous avons proposé la démarche HQE comme solution pour régler les différents problèmes dont souffre l’hôpital, vu que cette démarche a marqué sa réussite dans différents domaine de constructions, que ce soit résidentiel, industriel ou tertiaire, donc nous avons vérifié la pertinence de cette démarche pour les hôpitaux, notre cible d’étude. A ce titre, nous avons procédé à l’analyse de deux exemples de centres hospitaliers intégrants la démarche HQE, des critères ont été tirées, ce qui a permis d’effectuer une enquête sur terrain, à l’aide d’un questionnaire élaboré. Ensuite une comparaison entre les deux exemples étrangers et notre cas d’étude était faite, qui a aboutie à des synthèses. Cette démarche de recherche a permis au final de confirmer que l’intégration de la démarche HQE participe à assurer le confort intérieur et minimiser les impacts de l’hôpital sur l’environnement

In work present, oneroposed approach HQE as solution to solvethe various problems from which the hospital suffersnamely strong consumer of resources,water and energy, and extremely producing ofwaste. Considering this approach marked itssuccess in different field of constructions, thatis residential, industrial or tertiary, therefore onemade checking of therelevance of thisapproach for the hospitals, our target of study.For this reason, one carried out the analysis oftwo examples of integral hospitals approachHQE, the criteria were drawn, which made it possible to carry out an investigation intoground, using a prepared questionnaire, the gotresults were interpreters. Then a comparisonbetween the two foreign examples and our caseof study was made, which led to syntheses.This approach made it possible final to confirmthe assumption of the research task posed atthe beginning of work.
