الملخص

قسمنا المذكرة إلى فصلين، الأول بعنوان الإطار المفاهيمي لرد المحكم في التحكيم التجاري الدولي والذي بدوره قسمناه إلى مبحثين الأول تناولنا فيه المقصود برد المحكم، أما في المبحث الثاني تطرقنا إلى الحالات التي يجوز من خلالها رده.أما في الفصل الثاني فكان بعنوان إجراءات طلب رد المحكم والحكم الفاصل فيه تطرفنا في المبحث الأول منه للإجراءات والآثار المترتبة على تقديم طلب الرد وفي المبحث الثاني تطرقنا إلى الحكم الصادر في موضوع طلب الرد ومدى جواز الطعن فيه .Note divisée en deux chapitres, le premier intitulé arbitre conceptuel réponse-cadre en matière d'arbitrage commercial international, qui à son tour divisé par les deux premiers sujets dans lesquels nous avons eu affaire à l'arbitre de réponse prévu.
