الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى طبيعة العلاقة بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات غزة للابتكار التنظيمي وعلاقته بمستوى السعادة الوظيفية لدى معلميها، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بمجاله التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (317) من معلمي المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات جنوب غزة، يمثلون نسبة (9%) من مجتمع الدراسة، حيث تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وكانت الاستبانة أداة جمع البيانات. وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي:1. أن الدرجة الكلية لتقدير عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية للابتكار التنظيمي بمحافظات غزة؛ حصلت على وزن نسبي (69.90%) أي بدرجة مرتفعة، إلى حد ما أقرب إلى المتوسطة.2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات معلمي المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لدرجة ممارسة المديرين للابتكار التنظيمي تعزى لمتغيرات: (النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة).3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات معلمي المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لدرجة ممارسة المديرين "للابتكار الإضافي" تعزى لمتغير مستوى المدرسة التي تعمل بها، بينما وجدت فروق في ممارسة الابتكار الإداري والابتكار التقني والابتكار التنظيمي ككل تعزى لمتغير مستوى المدرسة التي تعمل بها.4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات معلمي المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لدرجة ممارسة المديرين "للابتكار الإضافي" تعزى لمتغير المديرية، بينما وجدت فروق في ممارسة الابتكار الإداري والابتكار التقني، والابتكار التنظيمي ككل بين من يتبعون مديرية شرق خان يونس ومن يتبعون مديرية رفح، ولصالح المعلمين الذين يتبعون مديرية شرق خان يونس.5. أن الدرجة الكلية لتقدير عينة الدراسة لمستوى السعادة الوظيفية لدى المعلمين في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات غزة حصلت على وزن نسبي (82.18%) أي بدرجة مرتفعة.6. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات معلمي المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لمستوى السعادة الوظيفية لديهم تعزى لمتغيرات: (النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة، مستوى المدرسة التي تعمل بها، المديرية).7. وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات غزة للابتكار التنظيمي ومتوسط تقديراتهم لمستوى السعادة الوظيفية لدى معلميها. وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة ما يلي:1. الإيعاز من قبل مديريات التربية والتعليم إلى مديري المدارس؛ بإتاحة أجواء داعمة وحاضنة للابتكار.2. التنسيق مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي، وحثهم على تزويد المدارس بالتجهيزات اللازمة لتحويل المدرسة لمؤسسة منتجة ومبتكرة.3. إنشاء لجان مشتركة من المشرفين والمديرين؛ تشترك في إعداد برامج تدريبية لتطوير قدرات المعلمين على حل المشكلات بطرق ابتكارية.4. عقد مديريات التربية والتعليم لدورات تدريبية للمعلمين على التعامل مع المستحدثات التكنولوجية.ِ

- AbstractStudy Aim:This study aimed to recognize the nature of the relationship between the degree of the practice of principals governmental schools in Gaza governorates and its relationship to job happiness among teachers' point of view. The study applied the descriptive approach in its analytical field, and the study sample consisted of (317) governmental school teachers in the southern Gaza governorates, who represent (9%) of the study population, where they were chosen in the stratified random method, and the questionnaire was a data collection tool.Study Methodology:The researcher utilized the descriptive analytical method.Study Population and Sample:The study applied the descriptive approach in its analytical field, and the study sample consisted of (317) governmental school teachers in the southern Gaza governorates, who represent (9%) of the study population, where they were chosen in the stratified random method, and the questionnaire was a data collection tool.Study Tool:The researcher utilized the questionnaire as the study tool.The most important results of the study were:1.The total score for estimating the study sample for the degree to which school principals practice for organizational innovation in the governorates of Gaza has obtained a relative weight (69.90%), that means large degree.2.There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of government school teachers estimates in Gaza governorates to the extent that principals practice organizational innovation attributable to variables: (gender, educational qualification, years of service).3.There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of government school teachers estimates in Gaza governorates to the extent that principals practice “additional innovation” due to the variable of the school level in which they work, while differences were found in the practice of administrative innovation, technical innovation and organizational innovation as a whole attributed For the variable of the school level which it works in.4.There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of governmental school teachers estimates in Gaza governorates to the extent that principals practice “additional innovation” due to the directorate variable, while differences were found in the practice of administrative innovation, technical innovation, and organizational innovation as a whole among those who belong to the directorate of East Khan Yunis and those who belong to the Rafah directorate, and for the benefit of teachers who follow the eastern Khan Yunis directorate.5.The total score for estimating the study sample for the level of job happiness among teachers in governmental schools in Gaza governorates has obtained a relative weight (82.18%), that is a large degree.6.There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of governmental school teachers in the governorates of Gaza for their level of job happiness attributable to variables: (gender, educational qualification, years of service, the level of the school you work at, the directorate).7.There is a statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the individuals of the study sample for the degree of the practice of principals of governmental schools in Gaza governorates of organizational innovation and their average estimates of the level of job happiness among its teachers.The most important recommendations of the study were:1-The directorates of education Instruct to the school principals, to provide a suitable atmosphere for innovation.2-Coordination with local community institutions, and urging them to provide schools with the necessary equipment to transform the school into a productive and innovative institution.3-Establishing participating committees of supervisors and principals; participate in preparing training programs to develop teachers ’abilities to solve problems in innovative ways.4-Education directorates hold training courses for teachers to deal with technological innovations
