ترجمة الملخص

In this study we dealt with the issue of the electronic administration and its impact on the performances of the workers. This study aims to try to identify the electronic administration and its impact on job performance from the point of view of the workers by conducting a field study at Beni Haroun mills “unit of Ferdjioua”. In the beginning we addressed the issue from the theoretical side by mentioning all elements that serve the issue of the study at Beni Haroun mills, unit of Ferdjioua, while the field study was conducted at the level of the unit of Ferdjioua. In this study we relied on a questionnaire distributed to the members of the research sample, which consider as a tool among the data-collection tools and obtaining results that indicated the extent of the impact of electronic administration on the performance level of the workers in the institution under the study.The results of the analyses and the hypothesis-testing showed the absence of statistically significant impact of the electronic administration on improving the performance level of the workers at the productive and commercial unit of Ferdjioua mills in its three dimensions (communication networks, software and data-bases, and human resources), whereas there was statistically significant effect in one dimension which is the dimension of computers and its accessories.
