Effet hépato-protecteur de l’extrait méthanolique de la plante Centaurea fragilis chez la souris intoxiquées par le paracétamol

الملخص

Le present travail a pour objectif d’évaluer les activités antioxydantes et antihépatotoxiques des extraits bruts de Centaurea fragilis. Le dosage des polyphénols et des flavonoïdes révèle leur existence dans tous les extraits (Extrait aqueux et méthanolique), et l’extrait méthanolique est le plus riche encomposés phénoliques avec un taux de 27,86 ± 0,18 µg EAG/mg. Les résultats obtenus in vitro montrent que les extraits sont dotés d’un pouvoir antioxydant important ; l’extrait méthanolique est leplus actif. In vivo, afin d’évaluer un pouvoir hépato-protecteur (préventif) chez les souris, l’hépatotoxicité a été induite par le paracétamol après le traitement des souris pendant 5 jours. L’extraitbrut à 200 mg/Kg a montré un effet hépato-protecteur important avec une amélioration des taux des marqueurs du stress oxydant (GSH, CAT et SOD).En conclusion, cette étude soutient l'utilisation traditionnelle de cette plante pour traiter certains désordres liés au stress oxydant. The present work aims to evaluate the antioxidant and anti-hepatotoxic activities of the crude extracts of Centaure afragilis. The determination of polyphenols and flavonoids reveals their existence in all extracts (aqueous and methanolicextract), and the methanolicextractis the richest in phenolic compounds with a rate of 27.86 ± 0.18 μg EAG / mg. The results obtained in vitro show that the extracts have an important antioxidant power; the methanolicextractis the most active. In vivo, in order to evaluate a hepatoprotective (preventive) potency in mice, hepatotoxicity was induced by paracetamol after treatment of mice for 5 days. The crude extract at 200 mg / kg showed a significanthepato-preventive effect with an improvement in the status of markers of oxidative stress (GSH, CAT and SOD). In conclusion, this study supports the traditional use of this plant to treat certain disorders related to oxidative stress
